Personal Statement
The greatest satisfaction in my veterinary career has come from finding a diagnosis and getting a better understanding of disease. Being able to explain the what, why, and how of disease to myself, students, animal owners, and colleagues feels like an enormous gift; I am very grateful that my days are filled with the pursuit of truth and the sharing of knowledge.
