Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine Faculty Member Appointed Editor in Chief for New Journal of Shelter Medicine & Community Animal Health

The Association of Shelter Veterinarians recently announced the launch of their new Journal of Shelter Medicine & Community Animal Health. Rachael Kreisler, V.M.D., M.S.C.E., DACVPM, Associate Professor, College of Veterinary Medicine, was named Editor in Chief.

The goal of this journal is to provide accurate, evidence-based research to veterinarians and other shelter professionals. It will be an open-access journal available to everyone seeking information on topics such as animal welfare, companion animal health, and population management.
